Please read the following:
- To ensure flawless results, make sure that the tubes used are 84mm king size cigarette tubes, and that the ends of the tubes are not damaged or squashed in any way. If the ends of the tubes are compromised at all, they should not be used, as they will bunch up on the loading nozzle and fail to fill (see images for reference).
- Tobacco used in this machine must be of suitable size and moisture content. The moisture level of the tobacco must be between 12% - 20% and the length of the tobacco must be between 6mm - 16mm. The use of tobacco outside of these specifications will jam and possibly damage the machine.
