If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when you receive it you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
The following must be adhered to, to receive a full refund:
- The returned item/s must be accompanied by the original receipt
- The returned item/s must be in new condition and in the original, undamaged packaging
Postage charges when returnng goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If your purchase is damaged upon delivery you must ensure the courier driver makes a note of this and then contact us within 48hrs to advise so we can arrange a replacement for you. Postage costs to return goods to us that are received faulty will be refunded to you or a credit issued for you to use on our site.
