Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when you receive it you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
The following must be adhered to, to receive a full refund:

  • The returned item/s must be accompanied by the original receipt
  • The returned item/s must be in new condition and in the original, undamaged packaging

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your purchase is delivered damaged please ensure you keep all packaging that your goods were delivered in and contact us within 48 hours. We will email you a return courier ticket to print out and attach to your package for return. Please ensure you include a copy of your sales receipt/order confirmation with your goods to avoid delays when goods are received back.
