Shipping Information

All orders are shipped using a registered courier company and track and trace is available for your convenience. Your order will be sent in discreet packaging so the contents will not be known.

All deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday. We recommend delivery to a business address for the fastest delivery time as these are given priority over residential addresses. Saturday delivery is only available in certain areas. Check your address on the NZ Couriers website to see if this option is available to you.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

When we send your order via courier we request that a signature is obtained to ensure delivery. If there is no-one available when the order is delivered then the courier company will leave a card in your mail box advising you that they called but nobody was available to take delivery. This card will include the courier's contact details so you can contact them and arrange redelivery, or you can call in to the courier depot to collect your order. If you would prefer that your order be left in your mailbox or another secure location then please state this in the 'Additional Comments' field as you go through the checkout. Please ensure that any location you choose to have your order left at is secure because if your order goes missing for any reason you are not entitled to a replacement. Alternatively, have the package delivered to yourself at work.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment being received between Monday and Friday. Courier delivery within the North Island is generally overnight (on business days). Courier delivery within the South Island is within one to three business days.
