Currently we only ship within NZ including Waiheke Isl, Chatham Isl, and Great Barrier Isl. We do not ship outside of NZ. All orders are shipped using a registered courier company and once your order is picked up by the courier you will receive an automated tracking email. Your order will be sent in discreet packaging so the contents will not be known.
The following delivery costs are valid from 1 July 2021 and are subject to change without notice:
Nationwide (urban): $5.00 per order
Nationwide (rural): $7.00 per order
Saturday (check availability): $10.00 per order
Rural delivery includes all addresses defined as rural by NZ Couriers.
We aim to dispatch your order the day it is received, when possible, or as soon as possible on the following business day provided payment has been received. If we cannot supply an item in your order we will contact you via phone or email to advise.
Delivery times are as follows:
North Island: Next business day
South Island: Within two business days
Rural Delivery: Allow an extra 24-48 hrs
The above delivery time frames are the "standard" time frames and do not include unforeseen delays (ie. road accidents, bad weather etc) which may cause a delay in delivery. If more than 24 hours has passed since the delivery time frame above we recommend you contact us so we can track your package for you.
More Delivery Information
All deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday. We recommend delivery to a business address for the fastest delivery time as these are given priority over residential addresses. Saturday delivery is only available in certain areas. Check your address on the NZ Couriers website to see if this option is available to you.
When we send your order via courier we request that a signature is obtained to ensure delivery. If there is no-one available when the order is delivered then the courier company will leave a card in your mail box advising you that they called but nobody was available to take delivery. This card will include the courier's contact details so you can contact them and arrange redelivery, or you can call in to the courier depot to collect your order. If you would prefer that your order be left in your mailbox or another secure location then please state this in the 'Additional Comments' field as you go through the checkout. Please ensure that any location you choose to have your order left at is secure because if your order goes missing for any reason you are not entitled to a replacement. Alternatively, have the package delivered to yourself at work.
