General Ordering Info

Our main market is New Zealand and we ship nationwide from Kaitaia to Invercargill. Currently we do not ship overseas.

Register For Faster Ordering

Buying from Wicked Habits is very easy and you don't need to register. If you do choose to register with us then you can save your contact details online to avoid entering them again next time you order. You will also have access to special deals we have from time to time and that are only available to registered users. Either way, ordering is very easy.

1. Simply browse our site and select the items you want to buy by clicking on the 'Buy' button to the right of the product.
2. Once you have added all of the items you wish to buy to your trolley, select your shipping destination, then click on the Checkout button and you will be taken to the 'Order Confirmation' screen where you can review your order.
3. At this time you have the option to redeem any vouchers that you may have from us, and check your order total.
4. Enter your name, phone, and address details in the appropriate fields, select your payment method, then finish off by entering any additional information you wish to add in the Additional Comments field.
5. You must read the Terms & Conditions, and confirm your acceptance, then click the 'Submit Order' button. 
6. Once this has been done, instructions on what to do next will be displayed on screen and you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order.
7. Once we have confirmed your payment we will ship your order and email you with the shipping details.
8. Hey presto! Your Wicked Habits order is complete and on its way.

Payment Info

Bank Deposit

Select this option to make payment either online or by going to the bank. Once you have submitted your order you will be given a reference number and our bank details to make payment.

Credit Card

Select this payment option to pay using your NZ issued Visa or Mastercard. You will be directed to the secure ANZ Bank website to process your payment.

Paypal

This option of payment is unavailable. Paypal will not allow us to hold an account with them due to the nature of our business.
