COVID-19 FAQ's

At what alert levels is your shop open?

Our store remains open during alert levels 1, 2, and 3. At level 1 it is shopping as normal. At level 2 we operate a one-in-one-out policy to ensure we meet social distancing requirements. At level 3, store entry is not permitted, but you can purchase from our store front. At level 3 (step 2), our store is open and entry to our store is allowed, but we have to stagger customer entry to help maintain social distancing between customers.

Are you accepting cash as a payment method?

Yes we are accepting cash as a payment method during alert levels 1, 2, & 3 (we are closed at level 4).

What should I be aware of when visiting your store during alert levels 1, 2, & 3?

During all alert levels we ask that you check in with the NZ Covid Tracer app, or complete your details on the paper form we have available. We also ask that you wear a mask for safety. During level 2 we further recommend that you have a good idea of what you are wanting to buy, as we are operating a one-in-one-out policy to ensure social distancing is maintained. At level 3, you cannot enter our store, and we cannot hand you items to browse, so we recommend you know what you are after before visiting.

Do you offer click-and-collect during the Covid alert levels?

Our store remains open during alert levels 1, 2, & 3, (albeit with some restrictions) so you can visit as normal to purchase. We do, however, offer click-and-collect during alert level 3 (excluding alert level 3 - step 2) from our Henderson mail-order warehouse. Please see here for further information.

Are you shipping goods during the alert levels?

Yes we are shipping all items as usual during alert levels 1 - 3, but under alert level 4 we can only ship essential items. This includes items found in our COVID-19 Essentials category, but may include other similar items. If you order a non-essential item during alert level 4, we cannot ship it until we move out of level 4. If this happens we will email you to advise as soon as possible once we have received your order.

How can I contact you during the alert levels?

During alert levels 1, 2, & 3 you can contact us as usual. Please see the Contact Us page. During alert level 4 our store is closed and we are only onsite at our mail-order warehouse as required, to pack essential orders, so the best way to contact us is via email on sales@wickedhabits.nz.
