What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Please note that we will be closed on Anzac day, Thur 25 Apr, and Fri 26 Apr. Orders placed after 11am on Wed 24 Apr will begin shipping on Mon 29 Apr.

If you don't receive your order within the expected time-frame you can track it online with the email link we send you when your order is dispatched.

From that link you can check the delivery status for delays, opt to be notified with updates, or change your delivery address. If you have trouble getting a result you can always contact us to look into it for you.
