  • Yes you can. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your payment is processed through the secure ANZ eGate facility. We do not receive your credit card details and we do not store your credit card details.
  • Unfortunately not. Paypal refuse to let us open an account due to our industry type.
  • Within NZ the standard courier delivery time within the North Island is one business day and the South Island is one to two days depending on what is ordered.
  • For orders within NZ the only sender information we include on the outside of your package is as follows: WH Ltd, Ph 0800 942 533. No other information that relates to our company is visible.
  • Within NZ you can specify a time-frame for delivery to a certain degree. Due to the nature of courier cycles it may not always be possible to fulfill every request but the courier will do the best he can.
  • If you don't receive your order within the time-frame specified in the confirmation email we send you when your order is dispatched you should allow an extra 24 hours (in case of traffic delays or bad weather conditions) and then contact us straight away so we can trace it for you. We will follow up with the courier for you until your package is located and keep you up-to-date.
  • Yes you can pick your order up from our retail store located at 4/60 Glenmall Place, Glen Eden, Waitakere City, Auckland. Visit the Contact Us page for shop hours and contact information.
  • Yes. All deliveries are sent by courier and a signature is required to complete delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your package then a courier card should be left in your mailbox advising you that delivery was attempted and the number to call to re-arrange delivery (or pick-up from the courier depot).
  • Yes. You can ask us to leave your order without obtaining a signature (ie. in your mailbox or on your doorstep) but please ensure it is a safe spot that is not easily noticeable because if you do not receive your order, and the courier claims it was delivered, then you cannot make a claim on it and you will lose your purchase and payment.
